Max Performance

Max Performance is an event management company that directs professional and high quality triathlons and duathlons in the Boston area. Max races will be extremely organized, fun and rewarding. Every participant will be treated like an elite athlete because everyone who puts that much time and effort to this sport should not be treated any less. New England Running Company
If you need new running sneakers or workout gear (suggested for anyone who is working out in sneakers older than 6 months of heavy use or a year of off and on use or you are developing leg pain) go to the New England Running Company at the Commodore Plaza on RT 1, in Beverly. Dave Menosky is the owner and will give all B&S Fitness Program members a 10% discount on sneakers and 15% discount on clothing. Just mention our names and your program. If you have special needs (over pronate, under pronate, wide foot, high arch, etc) I highly recommend that you visit him so he can put you in the best possible sneaker for your feet. Integrative Muscular Therapy
B&S Fitness has a massage therapist who offers program members discounts on different massages. "Integrative Muscular Therapy" located in Marblehead, offers a great deep tissue, therapeutic or sport specific massage (she is currently in boot camp and knows the pain you go through) and will offer a 15% discount on Deep Tissue or 10% discount on Swedish Massage - her name and email address is: Darcy Gilbo - dgilboimtc@aol.com or call 1-(781)-631-7444 - I go to her after all my races and tough workout weeks - it always makes a big difference with my recovery time. Marblehead Cycle
Marblehead Cycle offers B&S Fitness Triathletes a 10% discount on services, parts and merchandise. He also gives our triathletes priority service. Just ask for Chris Finn. His bike shop is located at 25 Bessom Street, Marblehead Ma.   

North Shore Swim Club
North Shore Swim Club in Massachusetts is a USA registered swim club in the New England Swimming LSC. It has home pools at Salem State College, North shore JCC in Marblehead , Gordon College in Wenham,  Minuteman Vocational Technical High School Lexington , MA and Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford , MA .  NSSC is a team dedicated to helping swimmers of all levels achieve their personal best. They help B&S Fitness with quality swim coaching for our triathlon training programs, youth triathlon clinics, event staff and recruits swimmers for our Wild Fish One Mile Swim.
