Hoppin Mad Mud Run

Time: 11am start time - 10am registration.

Location: Woodsom Farm, 222 Lions Mouth Rd., Amesbury, Ma.

REGISTER: Sign up individually or on a 5 person team!! Team Categories: Male, Female, Co-Ed, Fire/EMS, Police, Military, Boot Camp!!! Individual Entry is $50. All team members must register together ($250/team) After 4/22 registration is $60 per person, $300 per team 5/1 to race day, $70 per person $350 per team All pre-registered entrants will receive confirmation 1 week prior to the event.

INFORMATION: This is the 2nd Annual 'Hoppin Mad Mud Run' at Woodsom Farms in Amesbury, Massachusetts. We welcome all levels and encourage team support and participation.

COURSE & CATEGORIES: The Hoppin Mad Mud Run is a challenging 10K on road and off road run with hills, tire obstacles, 5-foot walls, hay bails, and the final mud pit. This is the craziest and muddiest race this side of the Mason Dixon Line! Race individually, within your age division, or as a member of a 5-person team.

TEAM RULES & START TIME:

Every Team MUST have a Team Captain 1) Must ensure that ALL team members sign a waiver BEFORE race day! (Go to hoppinmadmudrun.com download a waiver, print out, sign and mail back to us) 2)The Team Captain is the ONLY team member wearing the timing chip. 3) Must round up each team member in the coral area BEFORE entering the mud pit. 4) The Team Captain is the LAST person in the team to cross the finish line. 5) Make sure everyone has their ID for packet pick up. 6) 2 hour 45 minute time limit on the completion of the course.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

In order to maintain the number of 5-person teams in this event, we do allow team member substitutions. You can make the substitution using the online waiver. There is no charge for a team member substitution. *However, individual entries are non-transferable - you cannot transfer your entry to another individual and you are the only one who can use this entry.

Race Day Check In:
On race day - go to the “Team Check In” tent to pick up your team bib numbers and chip. Be sure to provide your photo ID and sign any necessary paperwork/waivers.

Awards: Top 3 overall finishers, top 3 teams, as well as the top 3 in each division.
Special Team Awards:
Best Team Uniform, Most Creative Team Uniform, Dirtiest Team, Most Inspiring Team, Most Team Spirit.

New for 2011:

First Place Overall-Male, Female and Team will be awarded a cash prize. Amt. TBD!

Post Race Festivities:

Music, plenty of food, drinks and Ipswich Ale will be available at the festival. Changing tents will be available. Bags may be placed in the changing tents. Heat Events and B&S Event Management are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Refunds:
