Cardio & Core Training (C.C.T.)

Program Description
This two-day per week program is designed to develop or greatly improve ones cardiovascular endurance, stamina and power. We also focus on core strength, balance and stability each day after the running. Through a variety of running drills, cone drills, obstacle courses, hill running (depends on location) and many group activities, you are guaranteed to improve and progress. It is great for all levels and abilities so don't be shy, it's time to focus on your health and stamina.

If you have a stable and confident weight training program at the gym, CCT will break up your training with some great new activities and sport like conditioning. You will not get bored with CCT - we keep it fresh and keep everyone on their toes.

Training for a marathon, triathlon or other running/endurance event? CCT will give you the interval training that you need to help increase your speed, power and endurance. Break up the monotony of training on your own and try CCT, you will have fun and greatly improve your running speed and endurance guaranteed.

 

 

 

Complementary Program
PowerFitt. PowerFitt will provide additional strength training and muscle development than CCT alone. Together, they are an incredible combination!
