Endurance Cycling
Program Description
This program is for people looking for some extra
tips on long distance cycling and structured workouts to become
a stronger and more effective cyclist. This program is run
in conjunction with our triathlon training program, but have
opened it up to people who may just need some help and enjoy
the safety of cycling in a group.
We cover gear, bike maintenance, fitting, gear work on hills, cadence, and cornering.
Some of the workouts will include single leg drills, isolation, seated/standing
climbs, hills repeats, interval training, etc... We also do some brick training
(with running) so it is a great workout to will help you become a stronger more
confident cyclists.
If you are a cyclists who is planning on racing, we can develop a program to
help you reach your goals as well.
