Endurance Swimming
Program Description 
This program is designed for triathletes or open water
swim competitors but any swimmer is welcome. The program runs in the off-season for triathletes as well as in conjunction with our
triathlon training program (May-August) - so we do have many of our triathletes
in the program, however, anyone and everyone is welcome to
join.
We do teach the swim concept of Total Immersion created by Terry Laughlin - www.totalimmersion.net -
which is a way of moving with balance, fluidity, and rotating your hips
to create effortless swimming.
Many of our swimmers train for the "Wild Fish" One Mile Swim or the Purely Madd 2 Mile Swim which take
place each year in August (check our event list for date). So don't be shy - we will help you develop
the skill and confidence that you need to compete in an open water swim event
or triathlon.
All levels are welcome - intermediate/advanced swimmers looking for structured
workouts and swim tips for open water - to the beginner who just wants to feel
more comfortable in the water. We will begin the program in the pool to teach
the technique, then bring our sessions outdoors to the city pool (57 meters long)
and open water swims during high tide.
Private Swim Lessons
One Hour Private - $50
Group of 2 or more $30
Group of 5+ $15-$20/session

2008 Program Schedule
Cost: $85 Community & $75 NSTT
13-week session $105 Community & $99 NSTT 
Session I
January 9th-Feb. 26th (starts with Wed. nights through January, then back to Tuesday nights)
Session II
March 1st - April 22nd - Tuesday nights.
Session III
May 13th - Aug. 5th- Tuesday nights - 13-weeks. Start in-doors then we bring it to the open waters.
Session IV
October 14th - December 2nd
