Full Body Strength & Conditioning Programs

Program Description
This two-day per week program can be in any community where Boot Camp is running. It is designed for people who do cardiovascular work on their own (triathletes, runners, cyclist's, etc..) or for those who have injuries that prevent them from being able to run and do drills. One day a week will focus on upper-body conditioning and the other day will focus on the lower-body. There is light cardio each day, however, that can be modified. We also touch on core conditioning each day.
 
Examples of exercises would be push-ups, lunge walks, squats, tubing exercises, leg bands and many other body weight activities. All exercises can be modified for all levels, so we highly encourage beginners to advanced athletes to join for a different type of full body conditioning!
