One-on-One
Personal Training
Program Description
Our primary goal is that you enjoy your training
and routine. The more you enjoy it, the more likely you are
to stick to it. We will help you learn about different training
methods and how to apply them, as well as be a guide and mentor
as you head off on the road to optimum health. Below is what
you will receive for your personal training fee:
- One-on-One personal
training and conditioning (1-3xweek depending on your needs)
- Clarify your
personal goals and fitness needs.
- A personally designed
free weight program to help you reach your goals (for home or gym)
- Resolve
any diet and scheduling issues (Note: I am not a professional
dietitian, so my advice is that of an active person and
athlete.)
- Motivation
and guidance through-out the program
- Email communication
weekly if needed
- A well planned progressive
schedule that will help you safely reach your goals.
- Meeting location will be determined by you: home, office, park, gym, etc.
Sessions are suggested to be purchased in packages of either five
or ten .
One session costs $75. The package's of (5-10) will cost
$65/session (prices may vary
with location- prices listed are Salem area). We also offer
special group rates with groups of 2-4 people.
In-Home PERSONAL TRAINING
If you are looking for the guidance and motivation
of a personalized, supervised fitness program, B&S Fitness
offers the best in one-on-one fitness training for men and
women from teens to seniors and beginners to the more experienced
athletes.
Brandi Dion, creator and Co-Owner of B&S Fitness, NSCA
Certified Personal Trainer and USAT Certified Coach has been
training for over 10 years. She designs safe, effective, enjoyable,
results-oriented fitness programs for everyone and anyone.
You can work with a trainer at your location - home, office, or local park (where
available) in the North Shore Area.
Weight Loss/Training Plan Consultation
This program is a meeting of the minds! We sit and chat about your goals, struggles, scheduling issues, etc. and figure out the best plan of action to get you on track. From the meeting I will send you a detailed plan for you to follow each month. This can include programs you may be in (boot camp, tri-training, powerfitt, etc) as well as what you need to do above and beyond that to help you reach your goals. If you want to “Get it done” this is the way to do it.
Cost: Initial consult $90 (includes 1st monthly plan) – Monthly follow up plan’s $30 – follow up meetings $50.
B&S Fitness Nutritionist - Melinda Vaturro
Melinda Vaturro is a Registered/Licensed Dietitian who has worked in nutrition counseling for over 10 years.
She has a personal interest in sports nutrition
and is ready to help you achieve your nutrition goals; whatever they may be. Melinda can help you design a meal plan that is healthy and that will maximize your athletic outcome. If you are interested in weight loss as part of your fitness goals, Melinda can work with you to design a plan that will not compromise your training/ race-day performance. She can provide you with motivational guidance, email support, and follow-up that you need to help you to stay focused on your goals.

Body Tuning Physical Therapy
Sara Thatcher, Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology, Boston University 1994
and a Masters Degree In Physical Therapy, Boston University 1996 with 11+ years of experience in the field working with a very diverse population. Sara's
mission is to provide rehabilitation, prevent injury and enhance athletic performance to all B&S Fitness Clientele through:
- Hands-on therapy for a specific injury: manual therapy, education, muscle training, taping, home programs.
- Enhanced evaluations to screen for weak links in your body.
- On-the-Run evaluations: body mechanics assessment during activities such as running, biking, swimming.
Frequency of sessions: A plan of care will be determined following an evaluation. One might expect to be seen for 4-6 visits for any particular injury but this can be variable. We can often tailor a program so that you can do a lot of your own rehab once we have established the source of the problem.
Cost: 60 min evaluation $75 (the initial visit)
45 min session $50 (follow-up sessions)
Location: In your home or office or Sara's office in MHD TBA.
