PowerFitt

Program Description
This two-day per week program has become a hit in Salem! It is designed to work all the major muscle groups through dynamic lifting techniques such as: bench press, push press, dead lift, dips, pull-ups, etc. Each exercise is performed for a specific duration of time and will be superset with a core, isolation or cardiovascular activity. Powerfitt WILL bring you to the next level and will teach you how to optimize your time at the gym when you are on your own. The program is intense; however, all levels are encouraged to join and see what this program can do for them. Results are absolutely guaranteed.

Powerfitt is the perfect off-season program for any athlete, especially endurance athletes. We run a session in the winter months for our triathletes, runners and cyclist to help prepare for the up-coming season. The less time they spend in the weight room the better. Powerfitt will not only strengthen all participants, it will increase lean muscle mass and decrease your body fat percentage.  

Complementary Program
Cardio and Core Training. CCT will provide the cardiovascular fitness that Powerfitt does not. This will help you shed pounds and decrease your body fat even faster. Combined, PowerFitt and CCT are an unbeatable combination!


Cost: $85/session (5-weeks) $95/session (6-weeks)
