Sport Specific Conditioning
Team, Individual or Small Group Programs
Sport specific conditioning is very individual to each athlete and team. Every team wants an edge, only you know what your strengths and weaknesses are. If you don't know, we can tell you. To gain that edge, it all starts with finding the right help. If you are reading this right now, congratulations! You found the right help. We will put you or your athletes on the right program that WILL bring his/her/your athletic ability to a new level guaranteed. Below is more information on what you will receive in your program.
Program Description:
Sport Specific Conditioning is a program that is designed to help athletes enhance their sports performance. Sports Conditioning meets the needs of just about any sport and age from pee wee leagues to collegiate athletes.
This new program provides a way for athletes to use there body at optimal levels. Our Sports Conditioning programs will include:
- Dynamic Flexibility
- S-A-Q (Speed-Agility-Quickness)
- Sportsmetrics (Injury Prevention/Explosive Jumping)
- Functional Strength
- Core Stability and Power
- Running Mechanics
- Balance Training
Testing:
Sports Performance Testing will be done by request on the first and last day of training. Tests include:
- Vertical Jump (Lower Body Power)
- 40 Yard Acceleration
- 10 Yard Acceleration (First Step Quickness)
- 5-10-5 (Direction Speed)
- Push-up (as many as possible) UB Strength
- Sit-Up (1 min.) Core Strength
- Shuttle Runs (200-300 yards) Conditioning Strength
- Sports Specific Agility Tests (Ex. Illinois Soccer, Nebraska Hockey)

One Day Plyometric Conditioning (on-going)
Program Description
This one day per week program is
designed for any athlete (traditional like soccer and untraditional like triathlon) looking for specific
conditioning to help focus on injury prevention and enhanced
sport performance (speed, power, muscle endurance, balance, lateral
movement and core strength) through a variety of plyometric,
agility, and strengthening exercises. Athletes
of all ages, level and ability are welcome (ages 16+). Just one day per week of
sport specific conditioning will greatly improve your
athletic
performance. The training is fun yet challenging, but will
give you
the results and the edge you are looking for.

Location: Salem Common, Salem Ma.
Day's and Time: Tuesday 6am or Wednesday 6:30pm
Cost: $50/session (6-weeks)
