B&S Event Management

Thank you for inquiring about B&S Fitness Event Management.  Upon request we will provide a detailed description of our event management services, fees, and a service contract.

As you plan your event, there are many important considerations and details that are easy to over look. Even the smallest detail that is over looked can greatly affect the success of your event. We can relieve you of those burdens by providing the professional services your event deserves, allowing you to focus on other important facets for the event.

Who is B&S Fitness Event Management?  We have been in business since 2004 but started event management in 2001 with the YMCA.  We provide professional services for many events throughout New England ranging from 25 to 1000 participants. Our event experience consists of road races, duathlons, triathlons, MT. bikes, Triathlon Summit's and even kayak races. We can cover every aspect of the event or as little as you need. Our objective is to have your events be as successful as possible.

To contract with us for your event services, email, mail or fax the completed Service Contract (sent to you upon request).  Events are scheduled on a first received, first served basis.  Sorry, event dates cannot be reserved without a Service Contract.
